Already have Djaho installed? Uninstall it first
(Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Djaho → Uninstall), then run this
installer. From version 1.6.40 Djaho installs as an .msi, which Windows treats as
a separate program from the old .exe version — without uninstalling you will end
up with two copies. Nothing of yours is lost: your meetings, athletes and
results live in your Windows profile, not in the program folder, and the new version picks
them up exactly where the old one left off.
Windows says the file is unsafe — what now?
Windows shows this warning for any program it hasn't seen installed many times yet. It is not a virus scan result and it does not mean anything was found — it means Djaho is a small app that Microsoft's reputation system doesn't recognise yet. The warning fades as more schools install it.
If the download is blocked
- Edge — open the downloads list (Ctrl+J), find Djaho-Setup.msi, click the … beside it and choose Keep, then Show more → Keep anyway.
- Chrome — same list (Ctrl+J), then Keep dangerous file → Keep anyway.
If Windows blocks it when you run it
- On the blue "Windows protected your PC" screen, click More info, then Run anyway. The button only appears after More info, which is why it looks like there is no way past it.
Check you got the real file

How to install it
- Open this page on your Android phone and tap Download for Android. If the phone asks, choose Keep or Download anyway.
- Tap the downloaded file (find it in your notifications or in the Downloads folder).

- If Google Play Protect asks to scan the app, choose Scan or Install anyway.
- To update, download the new file and install it over the old one. Entries you have not sent yet stay on your phone.
iPhone or iPad? There is no app yet — open djaho.co.za/meetings in your browser for live results and entries.
